Some organizations are reclassifying “Women’s Plus” to “WTNB” (Women, Trans, Non-Binary). There was a lot of discussion about whether or not we want to rename our sports leagues to comply with industry norms as they change. Ultimately, the discussion lead to asking the W+ commissioners for their thoughts and what they prefer

Managing Director Updates

BoD Nominations

There are only 7 nominations, we encourage all our board members to nominate members they believe would be a good representative to the Board of Directors

Pride Parade Logistics

Discussion and delegation of responsibilities and roles of officers at the Pride Parade

Bylaws Revisions

After meeting with the legal team, we are very unlikely going to have a bylaws amendment ready by the election. We decided to move forward with Bill’s suggestion to allow the Board of Directors to modify the operational sections of the bylaws but not the election or terms of officers. This bylaws amendment will be put to a membership vote in the next election
