CMSA Board of Directors Meeting – December 22nd, 2025

Present: Lad, Ed, Matt, George, Monika, Colleen, Bill, Rosie, Koplan, Katrina 

Agenda

1. Colleen called the meeting to order.
2. Bill gave the monthly Treasurer’s report.
3. Bill proposed CMSA supporting small leagues with rising rental costs.
4. Koplan motioned for CMSA to support Open Basketball with rental costs and the board approved ($3000) without dissent. 
5. Chris presented on a CMSA tournament project.
6. Koplan motioned for CMSA to support the tournament project and the board approved without dissent.
7. Koplan announced a partnership with the Chicago Bulls for Pride Night.
8. Katrina gave an update on Conduct Committee complaint results.
9. Katrina led a discussion about commissioner elections. 
10. Ed gave an update on the Demosphere app presentation.
11. Matt gave an update on the Hall of Fame Event.
12. Koplan motioned to extend the meeting by 5 minutes and the board approved without dissent.
13. Koplan will proceed with reaching out to potential board candidates.
